Everything is a Choice by jadey36. Robin/Guy slash in later chapters (not explicit). Very believable and sympathetic portrayal of Robin after the Season 2 finale.

When All that is Left is Nothing, by gregoria44, will/allan - a bit of slash but nothing too graphic. Absolutely beautiful writing.

Sorry for all the deleting and reposting; I can't seem to get my HTML right today.

Hope for Healing by wastingyourgum. Hasn't been updated in almost a year, but definitely worth reading.

Too Much Euphemism by ladykate63. Won first place in the hoodland challenge "Five times Much didn't understand a euphemism, or four times he didn't and one time he did".
12th-Jul-2011 05:43 pm (UTC) - Re: MUCH
It's Not Easy by emmithar. First fic I've seen that really tests Much's loyalty to Robin. There are three prequels -- Breaking Point, To Go Beyond, and I'm Still Here -- but it's possible to understand this one without reading the others. (Hasn't been updated in five months, but I'm hoping emmithar will come back to it soon.)
28th-Jul-2011 05:37 pm (UTC) - Re: MUCH
Five Times Robin Accidentally Hurt Much by Gandalf3213. Beautiful, angsty look at Robin and Much's friendship. Warning: Character death.

Time's Arrow by darkentwisted. It's 27 chapters but fast-paced with excellent characterization. I knew nothing about Torchwood and very little about Doctor Who when I started reading this, but this fic turned me on to both of those worlds. I now own all the Torchwood dvds and have watched all DW since doctor 9.
12th-Jul-2011 12:19 am (UTC) - Re: GENRE: CROSSOVER
A Very Guy Christmas Carol by traveller_19. I wasn't sure whether to put this in the crossover category or the Guy category, but opted for the latter because all the characters are portrayed brilliantly, not just Guy.
5th-Jul-2011 08:58 pm (UTC) - GENRE: ALL OTHERS
Recommend your favorite modern day, fluff, mystery, etc. fic. Please include title, pairing, and a link!
9th-Jul-2011 05:25 pm (UTC) - Re: GENRE: ALL OTHERS
Um, it's not "modern day" but it's an AU set during WW2, a series by nettlestonenell (LJ)/Neftzer (ff.net)
It's only posted to ff.net, the first is called "Don't Sit Under the Apple Tree": http://www.fanfiction.net/s/6444396/1/Dont_Sit_Under_the_Apple_Tree, and there will be four in total.

I love this series.
